Veg schezwan Hakka Noodles/ Chicken Schezwan noodles

Schezwan noodles or schezwan Hakka noodles is a delicious indo Chinese recipe which is easy to make , if you have schezwan chutney/sauce then preparing stir fried noodles isn’t a big task . Whenever I want to have tasty food which can be instantly prepared , the first recipe that comes to my mind is schezwan Hakka noodles, I simply love it, as its fast to cook and easy to make. Here is my schezwan Hakka noodles recipe.... INGREDIENTS: 1 pack  Hakka noodles 1 cup Cabbage ( optional ) 1 cup capsicum chopped into long strips 1 cup carrot chopped into long strips   2 -3 Spring onions chopped into halves 2 tbsp soya sauce 1-2 tbsp tomato sauce  ½ tsp  freshly crushed black Pepper 3-4 tbsp Schezwan Chutney     Salt as per taste  For garnishing: 2 -3 spring onions green chopped METHOD: Boil desired amount of water with salt  , add Hakka noodles and cook for 2 minutes. There is nothing like a platter of hot and spicy chicken and potatoes cutlets, when you have guests at home over tea. Chicken and potatoes kabab tastes delicious when served with spicy mint & coriander chutney or chill garlic sauce. This appetizer is apt during rainy season –cutlets, piping hot tea and good interesting company, what better you could wish for....!  In fact sometimes I prepare it and deep freeze it so that when short on time , just have to keep it outside for half an hour before frying and then serve hot.....! Mutton curry is one of its kind , nothing can beat this cuisine , a simple mutton curry with spices is easy to make   and is best during those days when I want to cook something   simple non vegetarian meal. Sometimes I do add potatoes   to mutton curry as I love potatoes and can have with rice or parathas. I remember when I was a kid, mutton curry was 1, which was frequently made at home, in fact I still remember my grand ma use to say that mutton curry looks beautiful with proper amount  of oil (which forms above the gravy after cooked).As nowadays we cannot afford so much calories and doctors advice to add less food oil to gravy and veggies. French beans and potatoes sabzi

Every day same old question we ask to ourselves  ‘what to cook today ’ its a million dollar question for many house wife across the world, and every day one cannot make chicken , mutton infact  vegetables should be consumed on daily basis. This recipe is for those house wives who wants to cook regular cuisine in a very different way., so here is French beans and potatoes recipe for all those woman who wants to cook the very same French beans in a different  way. Ingredients : 250 gms French beans 1 chopped onions 1 chopped tomato 2  small potatoes ½ cup water Pinch of turmeric 1 tsp or 1 ½ tsp red chilli powder  ½ tsp coriander powder ½ tsp garam masala powder ½ tsp ginger garlic paste ½ tsp cumin seeds Salt as per taste Oil METHOD: Peel , wash and cut potatoes in small cube shaped and keep them in water so that they remain fresh. Gajar ka halwa Recipe

The most delicious and the most popular dessert in india is Gajar ka halwa, originated from the North and is served hot during winters. Anyways i enjoy Gajar ka halwa hot and with less ghee/ clarified butter. Here is gajar ka halwa made with sweetened condesed milk , easy and quicker method to have gajar ka halwa. INGREDIENTS: 1/2  kg carrots 3 tbsp ghee/ clarified butter 2-3 green cardamoms crushed 140 - 150 gms sweetened condensed milk sugar if required- optional                                                         3- 4 almonds sliced 5-6 rasins 4-5 cashews METHOD: Peel , rinse and grate the carrots with a grater. In kadhai or thick bottomed pan heat ghee, add grated carrots. Saute the carrots till they turn soft and are cooked properly , keep stirring at intervals till they become tender.
