Bread Gold Coins / Cheesy Chicken Bread Coins

Bread Gold Coin is a delectable appetizer in which I have mixed boiled potatoes with cooked shredded chicken and some grated cheese and topped on each bread coin and then shallow fried it , you can even bake until golden for healthier version . Here is my Recipe of Cheesy Chicken Bread Coins .....! INGREDIENTS :  2-3 boiled and peeled potatoes  1/2 tsp red chilly flakes  1/2 cup boiled and shredded boneless chicken  1/4 tsp mixed herbs  1/2 cup grated cheese  1/8 tsp black pepper powder  1-2 finely chopped green chilies  1/8 tsp garlic powder  few chopped coriander leaves Bread slices salt to taste  cornflour oil  METHOD :  In a large bowl add roughly mashed boiled potatoes , salt, red chilly flakes , mixed herbs , grated cheese , black pepper powder , chopped green chilies , garlic powder and coriander leaves. Lasagna Roll ups

Lasagna Roll Ups , are    basically an Italian dish consisting of Lasagna baked with meat or vegetables and a cheese sauce. Lasagna is usually lined up in the dish at the time of assembling before being baked in oven , but here I have made Roll Ups , so that while serving , the dish do not gets messy and we get each lasagna roll with less fuss. Here in this recipe I have made chicken lasagna , but I would personally recommend Lamb''s mince Lasagna , though the taste of Chicken lasagna is delicious and delectable , no doubt about it . You can try vegetarian Lasagna as well , that is also delicious. Chicken Seekh Kabab Masala is a lip smacking and delectable Main course to be served with lachedar paranthas or tandoori Naans or kulchas . In this Recipe I have prepared chicken seekh kababs and then have added them into a thick tongue tickling non creamy gravy. I have been having  Chicken Seekh Kabab Masala in one of the famous   restaurant in mumbai surburbs named BBC for a while now , and since then I wanted to try my hands on this delicious Recipe . As I have ordered this gravy so many times that I started guessing the Ingredients , and finally today prepared it. Here is my Recipe of  Chicken Seekh Kabab Masala , I  am sure you will like it.. ! Recipe of Namkin Rawa ( Semolina )

Semolina (Rawa /Sooji /Suji ) is typically made as a dessert , but here in my Recipe its spicy and delicious quick evening snack served during Tea time. This recipe I have been making since past 15 years now and I simply love it during tea time or in my breakfast . If you do not want to add potatoes then skip it , but I would suggest you to add it, as it tastes really good with potatoes. Here is my quick , easy , peasy recipe of Namkin Rawa .
