mayonnaise sandwich
The vegetable & chicken mayonnaise sandwich is scrumptious & healthy, placed between buttered brown bread slices is loaded with the goodness of proteins & veggies. With the first bite you feel that nothing is as delicious as mayo sandwiches....they totally mouth watering snack ....yumm !!!! If you don't trust me..go ahead & try out i bet on it you will love it ,am damn sure :)
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
1/2 cup finely chopped green capsicum
1/2 cup grated or finely chopped carrots
1/2 cup grated or finely chopped carrots
1 tsp black pepper freshly grounded
Salt as per taste
1 tsp sugar
1/2 cup chicken ( boiled & shredded)
METHOD:
- Mix all the ingredients well & keep aside for sometime.
- Cut the brown bread edges & butter them.
- Apply a generous layer of spread on a slice of bread.
- Sandwich it with another slice of bread.
- Repeat with the remaining slices & spread to make 2 more sandwiches

PREPARATION TIME: 20 minutes.
SERVES: 2-3 person.
