Emli Gud Onion Kachumbar is a sweet , sour and spicy Raita relished with Pulao's . Though in memon's ( community ) we address Raita as kachumber, since its our mother tongue so I have a habit of referring  all Rait's as Kachumbar.... This tamarind jaggery Onion Kachumber is really easy to make , delicious and is apt when served with mutor pulao, chicken pulao, authentic mutton pulao, captain pulao or any other pulao's . Coriander Coconut chutney  is a variation of coconut chutney which is teamed with idlis, vadas ...particularly coconut chutney goes well with south Indian cuisine, but this Coriander Coconut chutney can be served with any type of Indian meal to give that extra tasty effect , if you have it along with main course as a pickle... Guess what .. the best part is its very easy to make and does not  need any tempering, just grind them in a food processor, adjust the taste and its all done.
