White Chicken / Creamy White Chicken / Safed Murgha

Safed murgh or White Chicken is rich in texture and creamy in gravy . White Chicken is one of my those easy and quick recipes , which has scrumptious taste and looks royal too , it's an hassle free Recipe . White Chicken is cooked separately and so is the gravy , which has cashew base , and then both combined to give a rich and aromatic flavor. You can prepare it in boneless chicken or with bones , I like both the ways but my boneless chicken has to be of leg thigh. This is one of those experiments which was successful from my end. In fact after I made this white chicken 2-3 years back , my husband fell in love with my Creamy White Chicken , that every now and then he wants me to cook this. As he preferably calls it " Safed Murgha " he can have it at any day or time and I can prepare at any time , even if I am in my sleep. Recipe of Garlic and Pepper Chicken

Chicken in garlic and pepper i s an Indo-Chinese dish, in which only 2 - 3 Chinese sauces are added to give the flavor. Garlic and pepper Chicken  is cooked in my style, I love making chicken with different sauces and experiment to get a different taste. I do not go with the perfect ingredients, in fact most of the times, I keep experimenting to get a unique mesmerizing flavor. Though mostly in Chinese gravies, chicken are deep fried, but here I did not deep fry the chicken, in eggs , cornflour and maida ( all purpose flour) instead I have marinated and then fried them directly to give a different taste and fresh look unlike the classic ones. Kofta's are every non veg's delight, I am sure you will agree with me and they always are made of keema ( lamb' s mince ) , but this time I wanted to make something which I have never tried, so i thought of using chicken rather than mutton keema and to my surprise the results were fantastic....I am sure you will like it ...! Have always made keema kofta but trying chicken kofta was such a delight and more over was very excited to try the same classic dish made so many times but with a variation this time was simply satisfying, in fact I felt that chicken was also equally tatsy as compared to keema... I cannot decide , in fact in a delimma that which one stands out more better than the other , chicken kofta or keema Kofta ....I loved both.....try this Recipe and decide by your self which one is better ...and if you get the answer , let me also know....   INGREDIENTS:  FOR KOFTA:  250 gm chicken  minced 1 small onion finely chopped...
