Cabbage Paratha / Cabbage onion paratha

Cabbage paratha /parantha is a lip smacking and delicious whole wheat flat bread stuffed with a spicy cabbage stuffing . Cabbage parantha /paratha can be made in 2 -3 ways like directly adding either the cabbage with the spices to the wheat flour or cooking cabbage with the spices and then kneading altogether into a soft dough , this is one way of making . Another way is you can separately make dough and prepare cabbage mixture and then stuff the cabbage mixture into the rolled chapatis , this method is different, yet another way of making Cabbage paranthas . Lachedar Paratha is a layered paratha made of all purpose flour dough or wheat flour dough or combining the both flour. Though there are 2-3 ways to make Lachedar paratha ,to be served with any Indian veg or non vegetarian curry.  The procedure is like how we use to  make a paper fan in our childhood , its exactly the same , in fact whenever I prepare Lachedar paratha it takes me to my childhood memories , the most nostalgic ones.
