Lemon Chicken Recipe

Lemon Chicken ,  a tasty and delicious dish , is flavorful and easy to make with ingredients all easily available on your kitchen shelf. Lemon chicken is marinated with lemon juice , then roasted with few spices and fried onions in oil and lastly cooked with curd , which gives a thick gravy . As the name says it all , the main Ingredient is but ofcourse Lemon , but as you can not add alone lemon to the chicken which in turn will make the dish too sour , so I added have honey to it . In fact when initially I made , I had added sugar but then this time I replaced it , with honey and the results were better. Some add fresh sugar cane juice where as some add orange juice too to reduce the acid in lemon , but I have added honey to it . Without much ado , Here is my recipe of Lemon Chicken ....! Recipe Of veg / Chicken Coriander fried Rice / Coriander Fried Rice with Noodles

Coriander Fried Rice is a variation of Fried Rice , though its simple, easy, tasty and something different then regular Fried rice .  Its an experiment, by me, though wanted to make something different to serve with my chicken garlic & pepper gravy, other then regular fried Rice, so thought lets give it a try....!   Here is my Recipe of Veg / Chicken Coriander Fried Rice ...... INGREDIENTS:  3/4 cup shredded boiled chicken  1 carrot chopped into thin cubical shape 1 capsicum chopped into thin cubical shape 2 cups of basmati Rice 1/4 packet of hakka noodle  1 - 2 eggs 1/2 tsp pepper powder  1 tbsp vinegar  1 tbsp soya sauce  4 -5 cloves of finely chopped garlic  4 -5 small spring onions blub, each chopped into 2 2 -3 baby corns , each chopped into 3 pieces 1 tbsp green chili sauce ( optional)  1/2 bunch of coriander leaves  1 -2 whole red chilies  1 - 2 green chilies  ...

If your gravy or soups have become too salty , in 1/2 cup of flour ( wheat flour ) add little water and knead into a dough , now make small balls and add to the gravy or soup, these flour balls will absorb the extra salt, remove those flour balls from the gravy before serving. To maintain bright grreen colour, add a pinch of sugar while cooking any green leafy vegetables Soak cauliflower florets in warm salted water for a while before cooking , to get rid of small insects that may be present previously inside the florets which not visible to the eye. A bay leaf if kept in flour container, will keep the flour free from moisture. Add  a pinch of salt while frying puris , that will absorb less oil. Add a tsp of vinegar to boiling eggs , this will help not to spill the inner content even if it is cracked. Never keep greens in plastic bags as this will rot them quickly. Schezwan noodles or schezwan Hakka noodles is a delicious indo Chinese recipe which is easy to make , if you have schezwan chutney/sauce then preparing stir fried noodles isn’t a big task . Whenever I want to have tasty food which can be instantly prepared , the first recipe that comes to my mind is schezwan Hakka noodles, I simply love it, as its fast to cook and easy to make. Here is my schezwan Hakka noodles recipe.... INGREDIENTS: 1 pack  Hakka noodles 1 cup Cabbage ( optional ) 1 cup capsicum chopped into long strips 1 cup carrot chopped into long strips   2 -3 Spring onions chopped into halves 2 tbsp soya sauce 1-2 tbsp tomato sauce  ½ tsp  freshly crushed black Pepper 3-4 tbsp Schezwan Chutney     Salt as per taste  For garnishing: 2 -3 spring onions green chopped METHOD: Boil desired amount of water with salt  , add Hakka noodles and cook for 2 minutes.
