Singapore Rice
Singapore Rice is one of my favorite rice after schezwan Rice , infact I prefer Singapore rice over fried rice now . Actually there is a short story behind it , once I had gone to one of the Restaurants in lokhandwala ( Mumbai ) and I happen to order this Singapore Rice , to my surprise it tasted delicious . Though I felt funny at the same time that how did they get the taste , as they have never visited to Singapore and to name a dish on that country was a bit surprising . But I loved the taste so much that I guessed few ingredients and added my flavor to it . Here is my Recipe of Singapore Rice , no no....! neither did I visit Singapore but just guessing the ingredients .
